just wanted to say that i'm glad you came to the meet, it was helpful to me. i don't know how that meet would have went had it been that you weren't there, i was able to connect with you through your breathing, and you helped me to get into my own. It was a unique first experience, thank you! if you ever want to get together to share your knowledge, I have a lot to learn.
