In this workshop, you will learn how to work with your dreams using Focusing, a body-oriented process for self-discovery and insight. Drawing on the work of Eugene Gendlin, author of Focusing and Let your Body Interpret your Dreams, we will show you how to access your body's wisdom as a guide to the living meaning of your dreams. You will learn tools to help you connect with your dreams more deeply, receive their gifts, and facilitate their unfolding into your life. Participants are encouraged to bring a dream in order to practice the skills being taught.
